Ratings were compared once everyone had completed their individual rating and the rating assigned was discussed by the raters until everyone was within 1 point on the ten point scales. This produced the final consensus rating. The ratings done by the novice raters in this study were compared to the expert consensus rating to determine agreement. Table 1 shows the percentage of novice raters who were within 1 point on each of the scales while rating their 1st, 6th, & 12th jobs. For most body parts the agreement is not very close even for the 12th job where everyone had received several rounds of feedback on their ratings.

11 I do not know that there is a learning field which studies human error. 12 I have not received the lecture or short course about human error research. 13 The investigation about human error is the futility of time, and I do not want to carry out, if it can do. 14 I do not understand the purpose of analysis of human error. 15 The causative analysis of human error has not been carried out. 16 If only recurrence prevention is carried out, I will think that it is enough. 17 I think that the human error prevention activities performed now are enough.
